Cord and thousands of apps, connected without code.

The Cord app for Zapier takes what happens in your sales to any tool (a spreadsheet, your project manager, your ERP) and creates data in Cord from your Zaps. It is authorized in one click, with no keys to paste.

ONE-CLICK AUTHORIZATION

No API key to create, copy or paste.

When you connect Cord in a Zap, a Cord screen opens where you pick the workspace and click Authorize. Zapier renews access on its own and, if you ever want to cut it, you revoke the connection from Settings › Developer mode › API, where Zapier shows up as an Authorized connection.

  • OAuth 2.0: authorization lives on a Cord screen
  • Whoever authorizes needs Settings access in that workspace
  • Revocable at any time from Cord

INSTANT TRIGGERS

The Zap starts the moment something happens, not every fifteen minutes.

Every active Zap creates its own webhook in Cord and deletes it when turned off. Events arrive signed and the app verifies the signature before accepting an event. Those webhooks have their own allowance of 100 per organization, separate from your plan's endpoints, so your Zaps never use up your slots.

  • Quotes, partial payments, paid invoices and new clients
  • An "any Cord event" trigger for everything else
  • An allowance separate from your plan's webhooks

REAL EXAMPLES

What your team used to copy by hand, now done automatically.

A paid quote adds a row in Google Sheets. A lead from your form becomes a Cord client. An approved quote opens a project in Asana, Trello or ClickUp. If you would rather not install the app, Webhooks by Zapier and the Cord API cover the same cases.

  • Paid quote → row in Google Sheets
  • New form entry → client in Cord
  • Approved quote → task in your project manager

What it doesn't do yet

We'd rather you read it here than find out halfway through.

  • The Cord app is shared by invitation from Settings; it is not listed in Zapier's public directory yet.
  • Webhooks by Zapier, the no-app alternative, is on Zapier's paid plans and does not verify Cord's signature.
