Straight to SUNAT, with no OSE or PSE
Under the taxpayer's own issuing system, the business sends each document to SUNAT with its own certificate and a secondary SOL user. Cord builds the document, signs it and keeps the receipt (CDR) SUNAT returns.
What it covers
- Invoice (01) and credit note (07) with the business's own series, continuing the numbering it already had.
- Customers with a RUC and its check digit, and exports of goods or services to customers abroad.
- IGV per line: 18% taxable; exonerated or unaffected as the business indicates; and the MYPE restaurant and hotel rate where applicable.
- Payment terms: cash, or credit with its installment and due date, net of what was already collected.
- IGV withholding when the customer is a withholding agent and the credit sale exceeds the regulatory amount.
- Clear rejections: Cord tells a rejection that uses up the number from an exception that doesn't, and if a response is lost, it queries before sending again.
- Printout and XML: printed representation with the digest value and the QR, and the accepted XML to download from the invoice and from the customer link.
Why it is in beta
It was tested against SUNAT's beta service with real acceptance and rejection responses, but submitting to production with a taxpayer's certificate and SOL user is still pending. Each business must enroll as an issuer from its own systems in SUNAT Operaciones en Línea.
How it works
The business enrolls as an issuer from its own systems, registers its certificate and creates a secondary SOL user.
In Settings it uploads the certificate and user, and chooses the series and IGV treatment.
On issue, Cord signs, sends, keeps SUNAT's receipt and, if the response is lost, queries before retrying.
Availability and scope
Businesses in Peru on Starter or higher, enrolled as electronic issuers from their own systems. Each accepted document counts toward the tax-compliant invoice allowance; beta service documents don't.
Clear limits
It doesn't issue receipts or the daily summary, debit notes, detracciones, perceptions, advances, free transfers, ISC, ICBPER, IVAP, multiple installments or remission guides. An accepted document isn't voided: it is offset with a credit note.
