The backup that ends "I never approved that"
Quoting over WhatsApp or a loose PDF leaves no integrated proof that your client accepted the terms. Cord ties every approval to a cryptographic hash, name, IP, date, and time, then shows it in a visible seal inside the quote.
Key benefits:
- Real evidence, not just an "approved" flag: The audit seal is tied to the exact version of the quote your client saw and accepted.
- Continuity into invoicing: The approved version keeps the commercial basis Cord uses to prepare the invoice; fiscal data is validated before stamping.
- Visible everywhere: The same seal shows up on the public link (
/q) and on any quote embedded via Cord Elements on your own site; it isn't exclusive to one channel.
How it works
The client reviews the current version and confirms approval.
Cord freezes the accepted content and creates its SHA-256 hash.
Name, IP, date, and fingerprint remain in activity and in the visible seal.
Availability and scope
Evidence is tied to the exact approved version and accompanies both the public link and experiences built with Cord Elements.
Clear limits
The seal documents the technical approval event. It is not presented as notarization and does not replace advice on the legal form required for a specific contract.
