Your Cord subscription
Currency and base price
Your subscription pays for Cord. Cord Payments transaction fees and the currency you use to sell to customers are managed separately.
| Country for new subscriptions | Currency |
|---|---|
| Mexico | MXN |
| Spain, Germany and France | EUR |
| Other supported markets | USD |
Existing contracts keep their currency. Changing country, language or the pricing selector does not convert an active subscription. Check the currency and total in the checkout summary; refresh before paying if they do not match.
| Plan | MXN monthly | USD monthly | EUR monthly | EUR annually |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Starter | 240 | 12 | 12 | 120 |
| Professional | 590 | 30 | 30 | 300 |
| Scale | 1,390 | 70 | 70 | 700 |
| Developer | 2,990 | 150 | Custom | Custom |
The annual base price equals ten monthly payments and is billed yearly. Overage is calculated separately; it is not part of the two-month saving. Annual selection is preserved through registration and checkout.
Included usage and overage
| Plan | AI actions monthly | Invoices monthly | API requests monthly | Included users |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 3 | 5 | 100 | 1 |
| Starter | 20 | 20 | 1,000 | 1 |
| Professional | 50 | 500 | 5,000 | 5 |
| Scale | 500 | 100 | 10,000 | 15 |
| Developer | No numeric quota | 1,000 | 50,000 | No numeric quota |
Free has hard limits. Starter supports AI, invoice and API overage but keeps a single user. Professional and Scale also support additional users. Free quote sending has a five-per-month cap; it cannot be bypassed by paying overage. Review usage and limits under Settings > Plans and subscription.
For EUR contracts, rates above the included quota are:
| Extra usage | Starter | Professional | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI action | EUR 0.20 | EUR 0.175 | EUR 0.15 |
| Invoice | EUR 0.15 | EUR 0.15 | EUR 0.10 |
| 100 API requests | EUR 0.03 | EUR 0.03 | EUR 0.02 |
| User per month | Unavailable | EUR 15 | EUR 15 |
These are fixed contract rates, not daily currency conversions. Only usage above the allowance is billed; included usage is not charged twice. Contact sales for Developer pricing in EUR.
Manage your plan and payments
Settings > Plans and subscription shows your plan, usage and change options. Open the billing portal from there to manage your card and view charges and receipts.
- Upgrade: requires confirmation of the relevant payment before new paid capabilities become active.
- Downgrade or cancellation: follows the paid period; check the effective date displayed in the portal.
- Pending payment: does not guarantee paid access. Cord verifies an active subscription with a covered period. Without that evidence, Free permissions apply while payment recovery remains accessible.
Data is preserved after a downgrade; features and resources beyond the new contract stop operating. Removing Cord branding requires Starter or above. Public surfaces restore the branding when the entitlement no longer applies. From Professional, links can be served from your own subdomain set up in Settings › Domain.
Subscription documents
A charge receipt and a fiscal invoice are different documents. For an invoice for a payment in Mexico, complete your tax details and use the available option in the portal. Check the details before issuing. Availability and status are shown per charge; a receipt does not replace reviewing your accounting obligations in each country.
Availability of the September improvements is being verified. See scope and release status; contact support if a described action is not yet shown in your account.
Commercial and fiscal documents
Free includes 10 commercial invoices per calendar month (UTC), separately from its five quote sends; from Starter they are unlimited. Tax-compliant invoices start on Starter: 30/200/500 per month on Starter/Professional/Scale; Developer keeps 1,000. Each type has its own allowance.
Mexico and Spain use clearly labeled pro formas for the commercial option; they do not replace tax invoices. Integrated fiscal issuance requires Starter or above, a configured issuer and an enabled integration. Spanish fiscal activation and integrated acceptance remain pending; paying for a plan does not activate them. Other supported markets retain commercial invoices without a promise of local tax-authority integration.
Drafts, downloads and resends do not consume another document. A successful commercial issuance consumes one unit, just like a fiscal issuance; test documents do not. An uncertain issuance keeps its reservation until its result is reviewed. Reaching the limit does not disable existing document downloads or payments. Changing plans does not convert issued documents. New fiscal issuance after a downgrade requires an eligible plan.
Implementation is local; publication remains pending. Base prices and published overage rates are unchanged.
