Customize your branding
Upload your logo and choose your colors and typography so your quotes reflect your company’s identity.
First impressions matter
When a prospect receives your quote, the first thing they see is Cord’s Interactive Public Link. Ensuring this link carries your visual identity is key to conveying professionalism and trust.
Open Settings › Brand appearance. The category has three tabs: Identity, Client portal, and Custom domain. Changes apply when you save; until then you can undo changes or reset style.
Identity
Your identity is shared: it’s used on your portal, your quotes, and your emails.
1. Logo
- Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG, or WEBP image up to 1 MB. Its original proportions are preserved.
- You can upload a primary logo and an on color variant, used on colored document, portal, and email headers.
- Choose the logo size: small, medium, or large.
2. Brand palette
- Start with one of the suggested palettes or enter your exact hex colors (Example:
#0071e3). - The primary color is required; the secondary color is optional.
3. Typography
- Choose System, Humanist, or Editorial. It applies to the portal, quotes, and emails; invoice PDFs generated by Cord use an equivalent print font.
Tip: button text automatically adapts to your primary color to stay readable.
Preview
The preview shows a sample quote with your brand, in your currency, with your tax and your numbering prefix, on Portal, Quote, PDF, and Email, on desktop or mobile, and lets you compare your draft with what’s saved. It doesn’t generate activity or messages.
Client portal
