Complete Settings map
What each category and tab contains, who it affects, and where the detailed guide is.
Open Settings with the gear in the top bar. The index groups categories into four sections: Personal settings, Account settings, Product settings and Developers. Each category opens its first tab and shows the others in a horizontal bar.
The index search (and the ⌘K palette) also recognizes alternative terms: IVA, VAT, RFC, NIF, CSD, SAML, DNS, API and others.
Organization changes affect everyone working in that workspace. Your password, 2FA, passkeys and sessions are personal and don’t change when you switch organizations.
Before changing anything
- Confirm you are in the right organization, and outside the test environment if you are configuring something real.
- Settings controls most tabs; Team, Payment configuration and other sensitive operations have their own permissions.
- Many values are defaults for new documents: documents already sent or issued keep their version.
- Availability by country and plan is shown inside each screen. An option appearing on this map does not mean it is enabled for every account.
