Integrations

Connect Cord with the tools your team already works in. None of it is required: Cord works fully without connecting anything.

The app directory

Open Settings › Integrations. Each app shows as a card with its logo, its category and its status. Connected apps are at the top and Available ones below, so the page does not grow as apps are added.

Tap a card to open that app’s page. Everything about the integration lives there: the connection, its settings, a link to the guide and, where it applies, Use it in Workflows with workflow ideas that use that app and that you can create with one tap.

Settings › Integrations: at the top, the connected ones (HubSpot, Slack and Google Sheets); below, the available ones with their logo, category and status: Shopify, Excel, Gmail, QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Teams and, further down, WhatsApp, Make, Zapier and n8n.

No integration requires a paid plan to connect. What does depend on the plan:

  • Zapier, Make and n8n work with the Cord API, and every call counts against the monthly API quota.
  • Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and HubSpot actions inside a workflow count like any workflow: 1 active on Free, 5 on Starter and no limit from Pro. See Workflow limits.
  • Products and customers that come in from Shopify count against your plan’s limit, like the ones you create by hand.
  • Slack’s approval buttons and the Teams approval card only appear with internal approvals, which come with the Scale plan or higher.

What each status means

Status Meaning
Connected The integration is active and working.
Needs reconnecting The connection exists but lost its authorization (for example, someone removed the app in HubSpot). Open the app and click Reconnect.
Not connected Available and not set up yet.
Direct connection Connected from the other tool and authorized with one click on a Cord screen, without keys. This is the case for Zapier and Make.
With an API key Connected from the other tool by pasting a Cord API key. This is the case for n8n.
Coming soon On the way and not usable yet.

Status of each integration

What works today and what is still missing, as of October 7, 2026. What is marked as a new feature is already built, but may not be enabled on your account yet; if you do not see it, write to us.

App Works today Still missing
HubSpot One-click connection and sync of clients, contacts and Deals. The Cord card inside HubSpot, as a new feature. A listing in the HubSpot marketplace.
Slack Add to Slack to pick the channel, with your own webhook as an alternative. Link previews, the /cord command and approval buttons, as a new feature. A listing in the Slack app directory.
Microsoft Teams With a Power Automate flow. Connect with Microsoft to pick team and channel in Cord, as a new feature. Microsoft publisher verification: until then, Microsoft may show an unverified publisher notice. Buttons to decide approvals inside Teams.
WhatsApp Business Messages with your approved template, by pasting the phone number ID and a Meta token. Connecting with a button, once Meta approves Cord as a provider.
Make Cord app with an invitation and one-click authorization, in every Make zone. A listing in Make’s public catalog.
Zapier Cord app with an invitation and one-click authorization. A listing in Zapier’s public directory.
n8n The n8n-nodes-cord node on npm for self-hosted n8n. n8n’s verification, submitted on September 21, so it appears in n8n Cloud.
Shopify Catalog and customers into Cord, and the order back when the quote is approved or paid, in the quote’s currency if your store accepts it. The order starts off and you turn it on. Stock, B2B prices and invoicing the store’s orders, as a new feature. Quoting from the Shopify admin.
Google Sheets and Excel One row per quote and per invoice, kept current, with amounts as real numbers. Picking a spreadsheet you already have instead of Cord creating one.
QuickBooks Online and Xero The final invoice arrives with its customer and lines: posted in QuickBooks, a draft in Xero. QuickBooks, and payments both ways in both, are a new feature. QuickBooks: Intuit approving the app for every account. Xero: whoever connected before payments must reconnect.
Gmail Quotes, invoices and payment reminders go out from your Gmail address, as a new feature. The add-on shows the thread’s quote, replies with it and quotes with AI from the email. Google verification: until then, you may see the notice “Google hasn’t verified this app”. Publishing the add-on in the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Mercado Pago (Settings › Payments › Payment methods) Collecting quotes and invoices with your account in Mexico and Latin America, with refunds read back. Recurring retainers, which stay on Cord Payments. Details in Mercado Pago.

Upcoming work also appears on the roadmap.

Integrations and the API quota

Zapier, Make and n8n work with the Cord API. Every action or search they run in Cord (create a client, find a quote, mark it paid) is at least one API call, and so is registering or removing their webhook when you turn a Zap, scenario or flow on or off. Receiving Cord events does not use calls.

Plan API calls included per month When you go over
Free 100 Calls are rejected until the next month
Starter 1,000 Billed as overage
Pro 5,000 Billed as overage
Scale 10,000 Billed as overage
Developer 50,000 Billed as overage
  • Only calls in live mode count. With an sk_test_… key (n8n or your own requests) you work against your test environment without using quota.
  • On plans with overage there is a safety cap of 10 times what is included: if a connection runs away, Cord stops it there and asks you to write to us.
  • Besides the monthly quota, each key has a per-minute limit; if you exceed it, the call returns 429 until the minute is over.
  • Webhooks created by your integrations have their own allowance of 100 per organization, separate from your plan’s webhook endpoints.

Your usage for the month is in Settings › Plans & subscription › Subscription, in the API calls row. Overage pricing and plans are in Your Cord subscription.

Who can connect integrations

Connecting, configuring and disconnecting integrations requires the Settings permission. If someone without it tries to connect HubSpot, they see “You need Settings permission to connect integrations.”

Integrations belong to the organization, not a person: if whoever connected HubSpot leaves the team, the connection keeps working. Every connect, configure, sync or disconnect action is recorded in Settings › Audit log.

Security

  • Cord never asks for another tool’s password. HubSpot, Slack, Teams, Shopify, Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, QuickBooks and Xero are authorized on the provider’s own page. n8n uses a key you generate and can revoke, and Zapier and Make are authorized on a Cord screen that you can also revoke.
  • Each integration asks for the narrowest permission it needs. Google Sheets can only open the spreadsheet Cord created, not the rest of your Drive; sending from Gmail can only send, not read your inbox; Xero gets access to invoices, contacts and payments, plus reading your accounting settings, but not bank transactions or manual journals.
  • Access credentials are stored encrypted and only used for what each integration describes.
  • Disconnecting really cuts access. For HubSpot, Cord also revokes its authorization in your account.
  • Webhook URLs are secrets. Anyone with the URL of your Slack webhook, your Teams flow or Make can post to it; do not share them.

If your tool is not listed

With Cord’s webhooks and API you can connect today any system that receives or makes HTTP calls, or use Zapier, Make or n8n as a bridge. If you want a direct integration with another app, write to contacto@cordhq.app.
