Payments dashboard
Everything coming in through Cord Payments, in one place — customizable like the rest of Cord’s reports.
My Payments (/app/cobros, sidebar › My money) is the panel where you see the money coming in through Cord Payments: how much you’ve collected, how much is yours net of fees, when your next deposit lands, and the health status of your connected account. It’s different from Settings › Payments, which is where you configure Cord Payments (connect your account, active methods, fees) — this dashboard is only for viewing what already happened.
Like the rest of Cord’s reports, the dashboard is customizable: use the “Customize” button to hide, reorder, or resize any widget; “Reset” returns to the original layout. Your configuration is saved per user.
The widgets
Available balance
How much money you have available for deposit right now, plus what’s still “in transit” (collected but not yet released for deposit) and what’s held in reserve. Only appears once you’ve connected your account.
Deposits
The transfers Cord Payments has made or will make to your bank account: arrival date, amount, and status (Deposited / In transit / Scheduled / Failed). The history is stored in Cord as each payout happens, so it loads with the page instead of waiting on an external lookup, and it survives a change of frequency. If you haven’t received any deposit yet, the widget says so explicitly instead of showing up empty with no explanation.
The pace of those payouts is yours to choose in Settings › Payments: daily, weekly, monthly or manual, with the delay days you prefer. Changing it asks you to confirm your identity, because it decides how fast your money leaves.
Account status
The health status of your connected account, with three independent indicators:
- Payments — whether your account can process card and SPEI right now (Active / Inactive).
- Deposits — whether Cord Payments can transfer to your bank account.
- Verification — whether your KYC is complete or if a requirement is still pending (with a deadline, if applicable).
If anything is incomplete, the widget shows exactly how many requirements are missing, plus a “Manage” button that takes you straight to completing them in Settings › Payments. If you haven’t activated Cord Payments yet, the widget says so clearly and explains you can keep quoting and recording manual payments in the meantime.
Collected
The total amount you collected in the selected period (using the same date range picker as the rest of Cord’s reports), the number of transactions, and the percentage comparison against the previous period — with a mini-trend chart of the daily figures.
Net deposited
The same as “Collected”, but after subtracting Cord Payments’ fee: it’s the real number that stays with you. It shows the period’s effective rate (the real percentage Cord took, which varies with your card/SPEI mix) next to the net amount.
Active retainers
How many recurring monthly billing contracts you currently have active, and whether any of them has a monthly charge that failed and needs attention.
Open disputes
How many disputes (chargebacks) you have open in the period, and the total amount at stake. If there are none, it says so explicitly — that’s a good sign, not an empty state. Each dispute takes you to its dedicated evidence page.
Collection over time
The main chart: how much money came in day by day over the period, compared to the same number of days in the previous period (the comparison series is shown dimmer, so this period’s line is what stands out visually).
Monthly volume
A month-over-month comparison of how much you’ve collected — useful for seeing several months of trend at a glance, more so than the daily detail of “Collection over time”.
Where every peso goes
The breakdown of your gross collected amount in the period: how much lands net in your bank, how much went to Cord’s fee, how much was deducted for refunds, and how much is tied up in open disputes. It’s the most direct way to see the real cost of accepting payments online.
Breakdown by method
How much you collected through each method — card, SPEI, manual transfer — with the number of transactions for each.
Recent payments
The table of your most recent payments: cotización folio, customer, method, date, and amount. It’s the view you’ll check day to day the most. If you have the Refunds permission, every row with a reconciled payment has a Refund button — see Refunds for the full flow.
All widgets are calculated over the same date range selected at the top of the panel — changing the range updates the whole dashboard at once.
