Export your data and delete the organization

Take your data and your invoices whenever you want. Deleting leaves 30 days to download and cancel.

Everything lives in Settings › Data & privacy. Exporting and downloading tax documents requires the Settings permission; deleting the organization requires being its owner.

Export all organization data

All organization data (ZIP) downloads one JSON file per table, in the tablas/ folder: the business profile and settings, the team and its permissions, domains and SSO, catalog, taxes and coupons, clients, quotes with their lines, versions, comments, signatures and visits, invoices, payments, charges, refunds, disputes, payouts and fees, collections (conversations, promises, plans and interest), tasks and events, workflows with their runs, integrations, API keys and webhooks (without their secrets), the history of the tax rails and the full audit log, with no cap.

The last file in the ZIP is manifiesto.json, with:

  • completa: true only if every table was read.
  • For each table: its file, how many records it holds and which columns were left out, with the reason.
  • The tables that are not exported and why.
  • The parts available in the tax documents download.

Never included:

Reason What is left out
Secrets Keys and token hashes, signing secrets, your clients’ access links and what Cord stores encrypted, such as the full payout account number (only its last four digits are included).
Tax credentials Certificates and their passwords, private keys, authorized number ranges and sessions with the tax authority.
Integration access Tokens of connected apps and addresses that work like a password, such as a webhook or notification channel URL.
Technical data Access challenges and expirations, queues, retries, locks, live presence and the API and webhook logs, which are deleted after 30 days.
Cord’s records Support notes and access, courtesy grants, provider usage, fee invoicing batches and evidence of acceptance of Cord’s terms.
Identity verification The evidence Cord keeps under its own obligations. The people registered on the payments account are exported.
Tax files Signed XML, invoicing records and tax authority responses: they are in the tax documents download.
Event log The one that feeds webhooks and the API: it repeats what is already in the tables and includes access links to your documents.

Team members’ personal accounts (password, sessions, passkeys and two-step verification) belong to each person; the team and its permissions are in org_members.

How to check that everything was exported. Open manifiesto.json and look for "completa": true. If the export could not read every table within the download time, it says "completa": false, marks the tables that were cut short and the ZIP includes EXPORTACION-INCOMPLETA.txt. If a read fails, the download stops with an error and the ZIP won’t open: a file with empty or missing tables is never delivered. In both cases, export again.

Each table is read separately: if someone works in the account while you export, a new record may appear in one table and not yet in another. You can export up to five times every 10 minutes.

  • Catalog and clients (CSV): the same format as the import, to open in Excel or move to another tool.

Download your tax documents

Keeping your invoices is your business’s obligation: Cord does not replace your tax archive. Under Tax documents (PDF and XML) you download one ZIP per year, in parts of up to 100 documents.

  1. Open Settings › Data & privacy.
  2. Under Tax documents (PDF and XML), find the year.
  3. Click Download ZIP or, if the year has more than 100 documents, each part (for example 1 to 100 and 101 to 200).

The year is the issue date’s year in the organization’s time zone. Issued and voided documents are included; drafts are not. Each document goes in its own folder, with:

Document What it includes
CFDI (Mexico) PDF and stamped XML, the payment complements (XML and PDF), and the cancellation receipt when a cancellation was requested.
Verifactu (Spain) PDF with the QR code and the billing records with the AEAT’s response.
Invoice transmitted through the certified platform (France) PDF, the transmitted Factur-X, and the statuses the platform returned.
ARCA (Argentina) PDF with the CAE and the authorization data. ARCA does not provide an XML of the receipt.
NFS-e (Brazil) PDF, the signed DPS, and the NFS-e XML.
NF-e (Brazil) PDF, the procNFe (the NF-e with its authorization protocol), and the cancellation or correction letter events.
SUNAT (Peru) PDF, the signed XML, and the receipt confirmation (CDR).
SII (Chile) PDF, the signed DTE and the EnvioDTE envelope, in ISO-8859-1 as they were signed, and the SII’s response.
DIAN (Colombia) PDF, the signed XML, and the DIAN’s response (ApplicationResponse).
Any other invoice PDF.

Each ZIP also includes an indice.csv with one row per document: folder, number, type, country, issue date, status, total, currency, the files included, and what’s still pending with its reason. The CFDI files are requested from the stamping service at download time; if one didn’t respond, the index marks it and you only need to download that part again.

The European e-invoice versions (Factur-X, XRechnung, Peppol, and Facturae) are downloaded from each invoice, not from this ZIP.

Delete the organization

Only the owner can delete it. Deleting doesn’t erase anything right away: it schedules the deletion in 30 days.

  1. Open Settings › Data & privacy and, in the danger zone, click Delete organization.
  2. Enter your password (or the code from your authenticator app if you sign in without a password).
  3. Type the organization’s exact name.
  4. Confirm that keeping your invoices is your business’s obligation and that you’ll download them before the date.
  5. Click Schedule deletion.

During those 30 days:

  • The organization stays open: the team can sign in and download the tax documents.
  • The danger zone shows the date and the Cancel deletion button. If you cancel, everything stays as it was. Once the deletion has started on that date, it can’t be canceled.
  • No subscription renewals are charged during this period: if one falls due in those days, its invoice stays pending and isn’t charged. Anything already owed before you scheduled the deletion is still collected. Changing plans is blocked until you cancel the deletion. When the organization is deleted, the subscription is canceled and nothing left pending from this period is charged.
  • If you cancel the deletion, billing resumes, including any renewal that fell due during this period. If you had already scheduled your subscription to cancel, that stays in place.
  • The owner gets an email when it’s scheduled and another one a few days before the date.

On that date Cord deletes the organization’s quotes, clients, products, invoices, API keys, webhooks, and team. Provider records, backups still in rotation, and pseudonymous contract evidence are handled separately.

An organization with Verifactu records can’t be deleted: the law requires keeping them. If those records appear during this period, the deletion isn’t completed: the organization stays, its subscription no longer renews and ends at the end of what you already paid for, and we let you know by email. If you want to close it without erasing those records, write to soporte@flouvia.com.

The test environment isn’t deleted here: you empty it with Clear test data.

Delete your personal account

The danger zone in Your account deletes your account, sessions, passkeys, and connected accounts. It requires your password (or your code) and typing your email.

  • No organizations of your own: the account is deleted right away.
  • You’re the sole owner of an organization with more members: first transfer ownership or delete that organization.
  • You’re the sole owner and there’s no one else: the deletion of those organizations is scheduled in 30 days and your account is deleted with them. Until then you can sign in, download their tax documents, and click Cancel deletion in Your account.

Common problems

“We couldn’t stop your subscription’s charges”. Nothing was scheduled. Try again in a few minutes.

I don’t see the delete button. Only the organization’s owner can schedule or cancel the deletion.

The ZIP index lists pending files. Download that part again; the documents that did arrive come out complete again.

The export ZIP won’t open. The download stopped before finishing: export again. A complete file includes manifiesto.json with "completa": true.

I can’t change plans. The organization has a scheduled deletion: cancel it first.
