Your Sales Pipeline
Cord isn’t just a document generator, it’s a mini-CRM focused on closing deals. When you log into your account, the main page shows all your quotes organized by status.
1. List View
By default, you will see the List View: a dense, spreadsheet-style table with your most recent quotes first, ideal if you handle a high volume and need to scan folio, client, terms, expiration, amount, and status at a glance.
- Use the filter pills above the table to narrow by pipeline stage: All, Open, Needs approval, Approved, Paid, or Closed (rejected/expired).
- Click any row to open that quote’s full details.
2. Kanban View (Board)
Click the Board icon next to the List icon to switch views. This view organizes your quotes into columns based on their status, allowing you to quickly understand the health of your sales pipeline.
- Drafts: Half-finished quotes.
- Sent: Waiting for the client to open them.
- Viewed: The client has opened the link (perfect time to call!).
- Approved: The client accepted the terms.
- Paid / Invoiced: Closed and collected deals (share a column).
How to use it: Drag and drop a card into the next column of the pipeline to force that status change (for example, from Sent to Approved). The board only accepts forward moves along the normal sales flow — you can’t drag a card back to an earlier status. Cord automates most of these changes when the client interacts with the link, so drag-and-drop is for the cases where you need to force it yourself.
Summary above the table: before the filter pills, you’ll see the total value of your open quotes, the value already approved, and, if applicable, how many are waiting on your internal approval — a quick snapshot of your pipeline without adding anything up by hand.
