Reports and sales performance

Read metrics without confusing a historical cohort with today’s operating position.

Reports is Cord’s single analytics surface. It contains seven views, while Performance compares results by the person who created or duplicated each quote.

The seven reports

Report Main question Time scope
Overview Close rate, closed and lost value, velocity, and maturity. Selected range
Commercial diagnosis Funnel, pipeline, stalled quotes, discount cost, and stage time. Cohort plus current snapshot
Finance MRR, ARR, DSO, MRR at risk, weighted pipeline, and concentration. Current snapshot
Cash flow · 90 days Receivables, probable pipeline, retainers, and near-term concentration. Current projection
Collections and receivables Open, overdue, aging, promises, and payment behavior. Current snapshot
Clients Value and conversion by client, cohorts, and inactive clients. Range plus current snapshot
Products Quoted amount, volume, discount elasticity, and close rate. Selected range

Finance, Cash flow, and Collections require Pro or above. Collections also requires the Collections permission; the others begin with Analytics permission.

Range-based reports

Overview, Commercial diagnosis, Clients, and Products provide a date picker covering up to the last year. Cohort metrics assign a quote to the range by its creation date. A quote created yesterday may still be open and shouldn’t be compared directly with a six-month-old cohort that had time to close.

A low rate in a recent range may mean an immature cohort, not worse performance. Check the “still open” share first.

Current-snapshot reports

Finance, Cash flow, and Collections display As of today instead of an ineffective date selector. Mixed reports also mark current widgets as today; for example, Pipeline and stalled quotes describe the current state while the funnel uses the range.

Funnel calculation

The commercial funnel is sent → viewed → approved → paid. Its base includes every quote that left draft, even if later rejected or expired. Viewed records the client’s first real opening; internal activity and reloads don’t create new conversions.

Finance metrics

  • Contracted MRR: monthly value of active retainers.
  • ARR: annualized MRR, not cash already received.
  • MRR at risk: past_due or cancellation-scheduled subscriptions.
  • DSO: estimated time to collection from available history.
  • Weighted pipeline: expected value from historical probability and timing; not guaranteed cash.
  • Concentration: the largest client’s share of pipeline.

Cash flow separates three sources

The 90-day projection keeps certain receivables, probability-weighted pipeline, and contracted recurring revenue separate. The total is an expected scenario, not a bank balance. Movements from day 91 remain visible outside the horizon.

Collections and payment behavior

The report uses the same unified receivables as the operating module: open and overdue totals, expected 30-day collections, average delay, aging, client-limit exposure, promise compliance, and actual-versus-agreed payment timing. A payment promise records a commitment; it doesn’t move money or change the balance by itself.

Customize widgets

Each report keeps its own member-level layout. Edit mode can reorder, resize, or hide widgets; Reset restores that report’s default. Hiding a widget doesn’t remove data or change calculations.

Seller performance

/app/desempeno attributes each quote to created_by: the person who created or duplicated it. It shows quotes created, close rate, closed value, collected value, average ticket, and days to close.

Older documents without a creator appear as Unassigned. Cord doesn’t redistribute them or credit the latest editor automatically. The team rate is the average of the displayed seller rates, not payroll or commission accounting.

Common problems

Report is missing. Check Analytics permission; Collections has its own permission, and Finance, Cash flow, and Collections require Pro or above.

Changing dates doesn’t change a widget. It is a current snapshot marked “today.”

A cohort’s closed value looks low. Some quotes may remain open; review maturity.

A closing is Unassigned. The quote has no stored creator, often because it predates the current attribution model.
