From proposal to payment. All in one link.

Cord is a quote-to-cash platform: it covers the sales cycle from proposal to payment. You build a quote —by hand, from a kit or with AI— and your client receives it in a link where they discuss it, counteroffer, approve with technical evidence and pay online. Then Cord issues the invoice, tracks receivables, follows up on overdue balances and shows you how your business is doing. All with your brand, in each sale’s currency and with per-person permissions.

Cord is available in 12 countries: Mexico, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru. In Mexico, the United States, Canada, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany and France you collect online with Cord Payments; in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Peru, with Mercado Pago, which also works in Mexico. Every account invoices with its country’s tax: sales tax in the United States, VAT in the United Kingdom, GST/HST and QST in Canada. In Mexico, Cord stamps CFDI 4.0 with your CSD; in Germany and France the invoice also goes out as XRechnung or Factur-X. See what changes in each market in Invoicing by country.

First steps

This is the actual order in which Cord guides you. Each step links to its full guide.

  1. Sign up and verify your email. With email and password, Cord sends you a verification link; with Google you go straight in. Create your account.
  2. Set up your workspace. A four-step wizard asks for your company name, country, role, industry and what you will use Cord for. The country sets your currency, time zone and the taxes your account starts with.
  3. Set up with AI (optional). Give Cord your website or price list and review the proposed brand, catalog and taxes. Set up with AI.
  4. Prepare your business. Your brand, your tax details (in Mexico, your CSD) and the message of your PDF and portal.
  5. Build your catalog. Products, kits and clients, one by one or by CSV. Import your catalog.
  6. Create and send your first quote. Create a quote and send it.
  7. Turn on online payments. Connect Cord Payments or Mercado Pago, depending on your country.
  8. Collect and invoice. Accept a payment and issue the invoice.
  9. Automate your follow-up. Publish your first workflow.
  10. Invite your team. From the Professional plan. Team, permissions and security.
